How are AI credits metered?
Each AI action (summary, match, interview score) consumes 1 credit. Professional includes unlimited credits at fair-use levels (~2,000/recruiter/month). Enterprise plans include negotiated credit pools.
Can I change plans mid-contract?
Yes — upgrade any time, prorated. Downgrades take effect at renewal. Annual contracts get 2 months free vs. monthly.
Do you offer non-profit or public-sector pricing?
Yes. Public-sector and 501(c)(3) organizations receive a 25% discount on Professional and Enterprise plans.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on Starter or Professional. Enterprise rollouts include a one-time implementation engagement scoped with Kiwisoft Services.
